Alison Rosen is an experienced Chief Executive with over 20 years’ senior leadership experience in the voluntary sector, particularly in social welfare, grant-giving charities and membership organisations. Her experience includes managing organisational change, introducing new and innovative programmes, strategic and business planning, implementing governance frameworks and establishing infrastructure.
As a previous Finance Director and Chartered Accountant, Alison’s skills include financial and resource management, fundraising and business development and an excellent knowledge of charity law. She previously worked for the S&P Sephardi Community for four years, which represents the 350-year-old Jewish Community in the UK, and in that role obtained Heritage Lottery Development Funding for the National Trust site at Bevis Marks synagogue.
Alison is a highly respected, passionate and a driven individual with a strong belief in creativity and innovation and moving an organisation forward to the next stages of development. She is currently guiding The Griffin Institute and NPIMR through its next stages of growth and development, including working on the establishment of a new training centre and expansion of the current research programme.
